			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s here it&#8217;s here! Podcast #12! Woot Woot! I talk about Invisible Illness Week and how I am going to keep you informed on my weight loss goals. My plan is to have a weekly podcast explaining what I did on a daily basis. You get to share the ups and downs with me as I try new things at the gym!</p>
<p>I want to give a shout out to my good friend. Unearthingem! You can find her blog here: <a href="http://unearthingem.blogspot.com/">Unearthingem Blog Spot</a>. I couldn&#8217;t remember her blog name on my podcast and for that I haz sad. Sorry girlie!</p>
<p>My plan is to embarass myself by posting a picture. Which you will find below. I needed a starting point and a shocker to myself to give me motivation to continue. I got that and then some!  YUCK &#8211; here it is..</p>

<p>I had a fantastic day at the gym and in terms of my food. I burnt 500 calories in the AM doing weights and riding the bike. Then I went back at night with a friend and did a Kickboxing Jam class and burnt another 700. No way I could eat that many calories in a day so now I have a surplus of calories. I may need those over the weekend though and Wed. we are going out to dinner with friends.</p>
<p>I am doing this to make myself accountable so that I can focus on the task at hand weight loss. And really &#8211; to get over myself. I am so worried about my body and the weight gain I needed to put myself out there to try to bust through.</p>
<p>Heading to sleep &#8211; I have to get up in the AM.</p>

I have decided to get back on this bandwagon that I seem to kinda fall off of every now and then. I have been doing ok in food recording &#8211; but not so much in the types of food I eat. Time to change. Starting tomorrow I will blog almost everyday regarding my workouts and food items. Don&#8217;t worry the blogs won&#8217;t be boring! I promise!</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">I have been very busy with glasses for the IAAP CAP exam in early November. I have had a full social calendar and I am done talking to people! LOL! I am looking forward to a &#8220;me&#8221; filled week with workouts, reading and fake test taking. I am working on having all the laundry washed, dried and put away so that I can focus on those things listed above all week. I hope by Friday I can have a good report.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">My new meds seem to be working swimmingly! I have had no problems as a result of dropping them down. I feel better, more awake and more energized! Finally feeling a little normal. This week I am planning on concentrating on taking my vitamins. I have them organized for the week in a weekly planner. Nothing like feeling OLD! I have them separated into 3 daily doses and have reminded myself to have them with a little fat. My hubby is upstairs right now mixing Guacamole for the week. I never liked it before but when my SIL made it one time it was delish! I now have her recipe and plan on making a small batch weekly. I have grilled chicken, mixed veggies for lunch and a Shakeology protein shake for breakfast. It will be my first time trying that too!</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Well, I just wanted to touch base and I will be posting a little bit more this week with my weight loss efforts. I plan on kicking my own butt!!</p>

<p>Yes, this all happened to me this AM at the gym. I am not kidding.</p>
<p># 1 I actually caught the person and moved my stuff back. After I inquired if she moved my things &#8211; she said she was about to place her stuff on the hook because it was &#8220;empty&#8221;. It was &#8220;empty&#8221; because you just moved my stuff. *facepalm*</p>
<p>I placed all my stuff at a spot by the mirror, yes in order to save it for me (I won&#8217;t lie), Went to the restroom and then checked the scale. When I came back to my spot someone had spread out their things OVER mine and was getting ready. *facepalm*</p>
<p>#3 I was laying out my things to put them one when a women SAT DOWN on my clothes right in front of me! *FACEPALM*</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok so yesterday while driving from work to the gym it seemed like my car had just realized it had Hashimoto&#8217;s or something. It was really sluggish and didn&#8217;t want to go anywhere. Seriously thought it was mocking me. I was close to going straight home instead of the gym but I did a good thing and went to the gym. While starting my car after the workout I noticed my &#8220;Check Engine Light&#8221; not only on but blinking at me. BLINKING I TELL YOU. Immediate hyperactivity started and I swear you could visually see the anxiety in my eyes. I was all like NOOOOOOO &#8211; but my car was like hell ya.</p>
<p>Hubby drove me to work today so my brother could look at my car. I am glad he did. There is only about $75.00 dollars worth of fixes and then I am off and running again.</p>

<p>I am finally over all my birthday glutoney and ready to return to the world of sweaty people at the gym. Starting today I will be hitting the gym twice a day til the end of the month. During the weekends I will do an extended workout that won&#8217;t require me to get sweaty twice in one day. I am on a mission to be ready for a trip to NY with friends in June. That is if I still intend to go. Not sure on that one yet. Flight prices are looking expensive. But we have a hotel right in Times Square which would make it a ton of fun!</p>
<p>Psyching myself up for my afternoon workout.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I did it I ran the 5K.  I didn&#8217;t actually run the whole way but I ran/walked most of it. I would say that I ran about 1.5 miles of it. I ran to the first mile marker walked from there until we hit the river walk I ran most of that until we hit a small hill. I walked rest the rest of the way picking up the pace when we hit the last 1/2 mile stretch and I could see the finish line. It was cold out around 33 degrees. But once I got running it was soo hot! I kept having to take on and off my gloves. Hubby finished the 5K in about 33 minutes while I finished in 47 minutes and some change. BUT a huge thing is that I DID it! I am soo proud of myself!</p>
<p>On the way home we stopped at Perkins and had a good breakfast. I burnt around 700 calories doing the run! I need to get something to eat. Then we ran home and began to prepare for Thanksgiving. Everyone showed up at 4:30 and we ate and ate! Yummy!</p>
<p>overall one of the best days! I am really sore today though. Back is hurting quite a bit!</p>

<p>So, I have deemed January &#8220;me&#8221; month and have concentrated on all that is me. I have now gone to the gym for 9 days straight! I am soo proud of myself I can hardly stand it. However, tomorrow is Friday and Sis is coming over for movie night. So, that means I need to get up early in the AM and go to the gym. That will be hard as hell. Iam not gonna sugar coat it &#8211; IT IS GOING TO SUCK. But, I have to do it. I will prepare all of my things tonight so when I get up I can dress for the gym and take all my work stuff with me. I can do this!</p>
<p>I was at the gym today and was getting bored with the treadmill so I tried a few different machines. I tried the stair stepper, the treadmill and this skiing type machine. I could imagine myself making an ass out of myself while I feel off this thing headfirst. What a site that would be. The machine itself was kinda cool. I will probably use it again.</p>
<p>Here are my kitties pretending not to like each other. I just love the leg on baby. I feel for Snowy I really do.</p>
