I have recorded a follow up podcast regarding my new lifestyle change. I recorded this podcast over a week ago and since then have lost a pound more. The Thyroid diet book has been a great resource as well as my husband for helping me understand how to put it into practice! I have added in working out now and that seems to be going well. I tried yoga today which I think I will continue. I may start running with my hubby as well, but I am shy about starting that!
