I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I have been diagnosed. I read The Thyroid Diet when it first came out and for some reason didn’t follow through with doing the diet. The past year, I have tried to on my own and through programs to lose weight. It has again brought me full circle back to the Thyroid Diet. Hubby has started to read the book to help better understand what we need to make the changes to get me to lose some lbs.I am so thankful that he has chosen to work with me on this journey. I hope to update you on things as we learn more about the book and what works.
