So – I am hurtin’.
I injured my knee the end of May while working. Now – my back is hurting me! I can’t seem to win. I haven’t been to the gym in a long time! I so want to go back. My Rut is getting better though I actually have a plan now and hope to lose around 7.5 lbs by July 11th. At least that is what my new iPhone program tells me. Let’s see if it happens. In about a week I take a flight to New York for a full on Girls weekend. Hubby gets to hang back at home and take care of the Kitteh’s. :-)
I hope that I will be up and running by that time. A sprained knee and a hurt back is sure a bummer.
