Food Log:

Ok I wanted to post this last night but I was so tired I had to go to bed after posting the Podcast. So here is my food for yesterday the 1st of March. I start with a base of 1,122 calories for the day. This based off how much weight I want to lose by a particular time. This is supposed to give me a good weight loss of 2lbs per week. Hopefully!

AM Workout: Eliptical Calories burnt: 308

Breakfast: Bagel sandwith (wheat bagel, egg, bacon, cheese) Calories 379

Lunch: Chicken breast 4 oz, White rice, Broccoli- cooked, soda Calories 392

PM workout: C25K wk 2, day 1 & weight  lifting Calories Burnt: 227

Dinner – Soup Chicken Noodle, Saltine Crackers, soda Calories 355

Food Calories: 1,291

Exercise Calories: 536

Net Calories: 755

I am under my calories for this day by: 367

I could of eaten so much more last night! But I usually try to save extra calories for the weekend. It gives me a break from having to monitor it all the time.

I am sure this format might change. But for the first post it could probably work.
