		<description>Thanks for the comment. I do have yogurt with granola and some fresh blueberries because they are anti-inflammatory fruits. Is Bran better for you in terms of fiber or calories?</description>

		<description>I tweeted before- to replace soda, try fruit juice &amp; seltzer. Soda and coffee- aka caffeine, are really not good for us, so if you must have carbonation, try the juice-seltzer combo.

Also, for weight loss, try to incorporate some bran &amp; yogurt. I found putting 3 tablespoons of bran (even tho its gross and tasteless), with a servings of berries in some low fat yogurt every morning has kept me going until pre-lunch snack. 

I, too, struggle with food, weight and exercise. Its our uphill battle- just know you&#039;re not alone! :)</description>
