I am under by 257. Which brings my weekly calorie surplus to 724.
As you can see I do have a huge problem with soda. I really need to be careful going forward. Tomorrow I am going to be good with it and not have any. I also crashed big time after eating 1/2 of my sandwich. Too many carbs in Ciabatta bread maybe? Monitoring my food this way is helping a ton. Thanks for going on this food journey with me. :-)

My new podcast is out! I share my story, my life with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, answer questions, and hopefully get feedback from all of you. Click the button below to subscribe in iTunes or your favorite podcast client.

I tweeted before- to replace soda, try fruit juice & seltzer. Soda and coffee- aka caffeine, are really not good for us, so if you must have carbonation, try the juice-seltzer combo.
Also, for weight loss, try to incorporate some bran & yogurt. I found putting 3 tablespoons of bran (even tho its gross and tasteless), with a servings of berries in some low fat yogurt every morning has kept me going until pre-lunch snack.
I, too, struggle with food, weight and exercise. Its our uphill battle- just know you’re not alone! :)
Thanks for the comment. I do have yogurt with granola and some fresh blueberries because they are anti-inflammatory fruits. Is Bran better for you in terms of fiber or calories?
