I have been really busy lately with parties to attend, work and workingout plus the house cleaning and laundry. Through it all I still make it to gym. I am amazed at what I can do when I put my mind to it. I see no signs of stopping either! I have been going to the gym at least everyday since the 3rd week in Jan. I also go a second time if I feel like it. I am watching my calories and adding in my workouts to get my daily Calorie intake. It is a pretty easy system, Calories in Calories out. I am liking the program and have lost almost 10 lbs now. If I keep this up I should be down another 5 lbs arond the time we leave for Florida on vacation. I am excited!
