So here I am….

Sorry, I am such a bad blogger at times. I have been very busy the past few weeks. I have hit the ground running on my new weight loss plan and have lost almost 10 lbs now. To lose weight with Hypothyroidism is hard – so 10 lbs in 4-5 weeks is a good good thing! I have basiclly left everything alone. I don’t concentrate on cleaning the house or doing laundry. Right now it is workout, eat, watch TV because after I do all that I a wiped out and can’t stand anymore. I get up every morning around 4:45 get my ass ready (well – not just my ass..) and head to the gym. I work out for 40 minutes and then head to work. I then head back to the gym after work and workout for another 40 minutes or so. Right now it is about 500 calories a day that I am burning. I have lost around 1.5 to 2 lbs per week since I started. I am also eating about 1100 calories daily and then adding in my excersise so it is around 1300 to 1500. It is going great. However, I wish I could quit drinking soda – it is my enemy! I think soda and I have an abusive relationship. Soda ruins my diet but I keep going back for more. I am in talks with my doctor to give me a prescription that helps with the sugar cravings. Hopefully that will help. Because I feel that is the next step – leaving soda in the dust.

I have a ton of photos to post to Flickr. I was at a Engagement party/housewarming/birthday party over the weekend and things go crazy!! Rock Band, alcohol and Buffalo wings mix really well and it was a fun party.
